Little Miss Mushroom in Homespun Magazine

Posted Tuesday 15 April 2008 and filed under: Just Sharing, Softies

Just a quick one to let you know that you can now find the pattern and instructions for Little Miss Mushroom in April’s issue of Australian Homespun Magazine (9.4.). It was a nice surprise to see her on the cover too :-)

And there’s also a little profile on me and One Red Robin - just look at that goofy face! Thanks so much to Catherine, the Managing Editor, for her support and interest in what I make :-)

Also, the shop has been updated with 2 Baby Chibi Dolls and the 5 Peg Bunnies mentioned in the previous post - earlier than expected due to the inability to update the shop tonight.

And, please take some time to check out all the wonderful artists/crafters participating in this month’s Poppytalk Handmade market - now open! I’ve got a little virtual stall there for the next 4 weeks.

Oh I subscribe to Homespun mag, so I will now have to wait until it arrives to read all about you and the wonderful toys that you create. She does look so cute on the front page too.

Just had to tell you that my girls recognise a One Red Robin when they see one. I was reading Homespun yesterday and at different times both girls came and said “Mum, that looks like a Chibi Doll”. Both were very interested to know it was one of your patterns.

    Congratulations Jhoanna.

I was at Big W today with the kids and I saw Homespun magazine (which I had never taken any notice of before) and I bought it because of the adorable toys and they turned out to be yours! You are a softie genius. Good on you.
