In My Sketchbook: Practice and Progress

I’ve been spending more time drawing faces and trying to get the shades of skin-tone right using pastels and pencils. I’ve tried to create more contrast – I like how she’s turned out but she’s still not quite where I want to be in terms of shading. More practice needed!

Pastels + Pencils + Cut Paper.
